Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating a NurYzo account or using any part of the NurYzo service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service between you and NurYzo, S.L., registered at España under protected trademark registered with the EUIPO (“NurYzo”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

NurYzo is an AI-powered operating system for entrepreneurs. It provides business-plan generation, opportunity discovery, live B2B contact harvesting, real-estate research, trading tools, and other productivity utilities. Features are delivered on a subscription and/or credit-based model.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You must not share your account or transfer it to another person.

4. Free trial & Credits

NurYzo offers a limited free trial. During the trial you receive a fixed monthly credit allowance. Credits do not roll over unless expressly stated. Consumed credits are non-refundable.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file at the start of every billing cycle. All prices are shown and charged in Euros (€). VAT is added where legally applicable.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for details including the EU 14-day cooling-off period.

7. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service.
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious content.
• Scrape or copy the Service in bulk to build a competing product.

8. AI outputs

NurYzo uses large language models to generate content. AI outputs are informational only and must not be treated as legal, financial, medical, or investment advice. You are responsible for reviewing every output before acting on it.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, its logo, brand, and all original content are owned by NurYzo, S.L.. Content you upload or generate remains yours — you grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if we are legally required to, or if your usage poses a risk to other users. On termination, we retain your data for a reasonable period (typically 90 days) before permanent deletion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NurYzo, S.L. is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of España. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of España.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will notify users by email and post a notice inside the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
